The toys are the free, no-account fun surfaces of myjokes.ai. This page is the short version of what applies to them; the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy still apply and win if anything here differs.
1. What you share, you share voluntarily
Nothing on a toy page is required. Photos, videos, names, a birthday message, an email address for a copy — you choose what to upload, and you can leave any field empty. Upload only what you are comfortable having processed by an AI service, and never photos of a person who would object.
2. Your uploads are your responsibility
- You confirm you own the rights to what you upload, or have the consent of the people shown (and of a parent or guardian for anyone under 18).
- Do not upload copyrighted film, TV, music-video or photo material you have no right to use. Where a toy proposes material itself (for example a movie scene on Movie Swap), that material is offered for personal parody and commentary only; you may not re-use it outside the result the toy produces.
- Do not use a result to harass, impersonate, defame or deceive anyone, or to create sexual, violent or hateful imagery. We remove such content and may block the source.
3. The generated content
- Results are produced by AI models and are provided as-is. They may be inaccurate, unflattering, glitchy or simply not what you hoped for. Whether a result satisfies you or not, it gives rise to no claim against ShedInnovations LLC, its owners, staff or suppliers.
- Every video or image is watermarked as synthetic. Do not remove the watermark or present a result as a real recording.
- Content created by AI may not be protected by copyright in your country. To the extent we hold any rights in a result, we grant you a free, non-exclusive licence to keep it and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use (advertising, resale, paid content) needs our written permission: support@myjokes.ai.
- Toy results are not endorsements of, or affiliated with, any film studio, artist or brand whose work may be referenced.
4. What we keep, and for how long
- Uploads and results are stored on our servers so the toy can work and so your share link (
…myjokes.ai/v/…) keeps working — links are valid for up to 180 days.
- Frankenstein runs entirely in your browser; nothing from your camera is uploaded.
- We do not sell uploads or results, and we do not use your photos to train models.
- Ask us to delete anything at any time: support@myjokes.ai (or the data-deletion form). Abuse reports go to the same address and are acted on immediately.
5. Safety and age
Toys are for people 18 and over, or younger users with a parent's help. Results are checked by automated moderation; anything flagged is dropped without being shown. If you see something on a toy page that should not be there, report it and it is pulled.
